PLEASE HELP RECYCLE!

Drop off your plastic bags and canning jars at the orchard and we'll re-use them!

We're always looking for wagons for people to use when they go to our pumpkin patch - feel free to drop off your old or un-used wagons at the orchard!

We're also happy to take any picnic tables you're getting rid of - even if it's just the 'bones' of the table.

Thanks!

Apple Pie In a Jar – more than for just pies

Often we get asked if we sell apple pies. Unfortunately that is one thing we don’t have the

time or resources to do. What we do sell is ‘Apple Pie in a Jar’. It’s the filling for apple pies. Not only can you make apple pies using this filling but you could put it on ice cream or even

just eat it straight from the jar. I wanted to share with you a few other ideas I’ve had for using our Apple Pie in Jar.

Pancakes Made in Muffin Tins – and Filled with Fruit Filling

I just saw this on pinterest this morning and I had to share it with you all!  Click on the link above to see how to make pancakes filled with fruit filling.  I think this would be wonderful filled with our ‘Apple Pie in A Jar’.  You can make your own OR stop by the shop and pick up a jar we’ve already made.

PA070124 Another quick and easy dessert I made using our Apple Pie in a Jar was mini apple croissants.  I took Pillsbury Croissants and then added a spoonfull or two of our Apple Pie in a Jar to it.  I wrapped the croissant around the filling and baked it according to the package instructions.  In less than 20 minutes my family was enjoying a wonderful, comforting treat.
