Back To School–Teacher Gift
My girls are heading back to school on September 1st! I can’t believe it! Some of you have seen that they’ve been helping us out in the shop this year and you can expect to see that on most weekends throughout the fall (except when they have gymnastic meets). Of course – I now understand why back in the day farmer’s didn’t send there kids to school until winter! Now that they’re getting bigger they’re actually quite helpful around the orchard!
Anyway – they’re heading back to school and I completely appreciate what teachers go through to teach kids all day long! I know I could never do that. I like to start the year with a little gift of appreciation and did you know that the orchard is great place to find just that!? We have a fun little gift shop along with the apples, caramel apples, canned goods, and apple cider donuts (weekends only for the donuts).
One of my favorite finds for the store this year are these fabulous owl jars in the colors of the rainbow! We’re loading these jars with treats for the teacher to put a smile on there face the first day!
So … when you’re trying to think of something for the teacher … remember you might just be able to find it right down the road at your local orchard!
