Last night, my friend Jenna, came over to help me make my ‘Gourmet Caramel Apple POPS’.  (Jared was making cider with the Sun Prairie Wine Club).  I am so happy that Jenna came to help as she shared my enthusiasm for trying new combinations for fun caramel apples.  These will be available for sale (while supplies last) during the Handcrafted Hoedown for the Holidays.  Here’s what we came up with…

In the almost four years since I’ve had my kids, I had yet to pay a professional to take their photo.  When I saw THIS PHOTO I knew it was time to see what Cory, of Friends in Photography could do with my girls.

AT ALL!   The adorable handmade holiday dresses Cedi & Capri are wearing were made by Kiki of AlltheNumbers.  Our dyeing sunflower field made a perfect place for some amazing photo’s to be taken! 

Aren’t they just so sweet and beautiful!?

**Disclaimer** I know this doesn’t have much do with the orchard, other than they were taken there, but I think my kids are just so beautiful I want to share with everyone!

MaryBeth Seib put this picture up on the Lapacek’s Orchard Facebook page and I just had to make it the picture of the week…  This is a picture of all ONE family that showed up for a fun time at the orchard.  When they first arrived on a weekday, I thought it was a home school group coming for a self-guided tour – turns out it was a mom, with her SIX daughter’s and grand children.  This is what I love to see our orchard doing – helping families make memories of time they spent together.

Also, farmer’s markets are all done for the season.
