This post isn’t really related to the apple orchard – unless you come to the orchard solely for the jewelry and quilts we have in our shop. Below I’m going to tell you about a group I became a part of between apple seasons.
HEY Peeps! Voting for RAWARDS begins today! Don't forget to vote for your favorite artists, (and especially your favorite VISUAL ARTIST:) I was so lucky to have been a featured artist in a RAW Show twice this year – in March I showcased my jewelry and then in July, my quilts and fiber arts. It was such an amazing, inspiring experience. Seeing all that talent come together for one night in so many forms and way was just incredible and I hope to feature again next year! Right now I need your help and support so I can win Madison’s Visual RAW Artist of the year!
Here’s how:
1. Go to www.RAWartists.org and click REGISTER at the top of the homepage
2. Input a valid email address (only have to do this once)
3. Verify the email address by checking your email and confirming it
4. Log-on with your new registration and vote!
Once you’ve registered and logged-on go to http://www.rawartists.org/kimscraftyapple to vote for Persimon Dreams as the RAW Visual Artist of the Year! You can vote once per day until October 15th and I really appreciate all your support!
While you’re logged in – head over to http://www.rawartists.org/angelavoell and vote for Angela Voell of Green Paint Photography as the Photographer of the year – she’s the one that took all the great photo’s of my work and me! And not only is she talented – she’s an absolute sweet heart!
